Access & restrictions to subusers

On a Gold account, what are the form restrictions with a sub account user? We are getting messages saying our submissions have almost reached 100 (and are limited to that) on the sub account, but I thought he would get the same access as the main account (Gold). 

Please note that sub-account users do not get the limits of master account. The forms needs to be actually created in master account and then share it with sub user account.

If the forms are created in sub account, the limits of free account is applicable. 

I would suggest you to ask your sub account user to move the forms to your main account. Please check Option 3 of this guide to see how this can be done:

You can then share the forms with your sub account user. 

We can also move the forms for you. However in this case, your sub account user will have to request it here on forum that forms are moved to your account. Request for moving the forms must be made from account on which forms are created. For more details check Option 1 of the same guide.
