I am a SubUser ~ How do I add another user?

You could set up a sub-user by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User 

But, this will add the sub-user under your account, not under the main account where you're sub-user, if you want the another one to be added under the main account then the owner should add it.
