Preview & submit widget not working

Hi there

An existing form that contained the widget for preview and submit, now just hovers around and around and doesnt seem to work anymore.  Is there a known issue?  I have just added the normal submit button for the time being.

I could not reproduce the problem when I tried the "preview before submit" widget on my form just now.

Can you please try to delete the preview before submit widget in your form and add it again?
