    Why did I receive a submission with required fields empty?

    We are having issues this afternoon with our form. Once submitted, the form is dropping data. For example, on submission ID 3696575708718785507, these required fields are not populated:



    They couldn't have submittted the form without the fields, so somewhere the data was dropped. Also, we did not receive an email letting us know this form was submitted.It appears the submission notification is also not working.

    This submission is almost completely blank: 3696541271146430103


    Can you please check to see if there are any issues, should we disable the form until it's fixed?

    Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. 

    I have just tested your form and I can see it works fine, I tried to submit the form without filling out required fields, but I got the proper message. 

    I have then submitted your form and I can see the submission has required fields filled, the issue you experienced may have occurred due to a temporary glitch. 

    Could you please ask your submitter to send the information again? 

    Also, have you experienced this issue before? 

    Please, let us know in case there are other submissions with the same issue or if you experience it again, we will be glad to take another look to your form.
