I have been through help and forums. My most recent form is working and a Thank you page comes up, but the user confirmation is not coming through and neither are the recipients of the completed form. I have checked our SMTP settings and also the recipient email addresses.
The form is the 2017 Maritime Market Side Porch Steamer
I am not sure why this is not working all of the sudden.

I have just tested your form and I did not receive the email auto-responder, although the email shows as sent; however, I have tested a form using an SMTP sender on my end and found that it worked fine.
Here are some screenshot of the emails I received, the notification and email auto-responder:
Could you please try double checking your SMTP settings?
You could also delete and add the SMTP settings if possible, please do let us know how it goes.

got it. I had to turn off SSL
