Form Submissions: Form submissions are triggering emails, but submissions not showing on Jotform account.

    We have a form that's embedded on a Squarespace site. When people make a submission, the notification email is sent out and that seems to work correctly. However, no new submission are showing up on the view of the form, I can't find any new submissions in the Jot Form backend. 

    Also, we have a redirect to an external link upon form submission. The URL appears in the URL bar, but it does not go to the page - it's just a blank white page. If we reload the page it successfully takes us to the right Thank You page.

    I have tested your form and I noticed what you're reporting, seems like even though emails are sending the submission is not recorded on your Jotform account. 

    However, it seems like the submissions counter increases for your account, but the counter of your form keeps the same. 

    I cloned the form on my end and I cannot replicate the issue, it seems to be isolated to your form or account. 

    This will be escalated to our second level support so our developers can further investigate it, we will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.

    Hi revoalution,

    First problem was your Thank you page.

    This url not accepting POST request. I changed your settings "HTTP POST data to Thank You Page" to NO. Your "Thank You Page" has been displaying correctly now. 


    Second problem is your integration of Webhook. You are using, that means you are receive submission and deleting after the submission received and notified via email. If you don't want this feature please disable in builder. You can change this way: Settings -> Integrations -> Webhooks.
