Why am I not receiving emails? Mail is not on the rebound list
It does not even reach junk mail, How do I solve this problem?
The mail is email@example.com

You are using Hotmail, the emails may have been filtered as spam so kindly check that out. Then make sure to whitelist Jotform in your Hotmail settings.
In Hotmail website, go to the following:
Settings > Options > Mail > Junk Emails > Safe Sender > Add firstname.lastname@example.org > Save:
