I need to remove the JotForm branding

I need to remove the 'Powered by Jotform' footer you guys added to all our forms. The box in our setting is unchecked. We are a paid Gold package member and use the forms way less than allowed numbers. 

I have checked your account and found that you have indeed set it to not show JotForm branding. I then proceeded with checking your forms and I couldn't find a form with the branding.

Could you please point us to example forms so we can inspect and assist you further? Thank you in advance.
