My form has stopped recording submissions to Google spreadsheet

I integrated a google form to record submissions of one of my forms and for some reason the integration stopped recording submissions. Why did it stop recording? is there a way to recover the missing data. Can you please contact me at q.revolorio09@gmail.com or (630) 280  0265

It's possibly a delay. I checked it and it looks like the missing submissions are already merged in the spreadsheet file. Please check that and confirm. If the submissions are not recorded, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to create a ticket about it for you.
