Several people are having problems submitting their applications I've sent them.

    Good morning,

i have used JotForms to create volunteer applications for our organization, Royal Family Kids. 3 people have contacted me, letting me know that they had an issue submitting the form. One person stated that it wouldn't allow her to answer a required question. One person stated it wouldn't accept her signature. One person stated that it wouldn't let him continue because he didn't fill out all of the required information, but when he went back to check it, he had done so correctly and it wasn't letting him move on. Please help me with this as soon as possible; we are down to the wire with being able to get our volunteers. Thank you so much! Have a wonderful day.

    Hello Carli,

I just tried making a submission on your form and I was able to submit it properly. Would you have an idea on which part some of your users were having problems upon filling up the form?

For the one who was not able to fill up the signature, can you ask the person if reloading the form still fails to allow him to write anything on the signature canvas?

    Thanks.

Thank you so much! The person that was having trouble on the signature actually just sent it in, so she was able to get it to work.

One was having a problem clicking on the box to answer the question about being convicted of a crime. The other person tried to submit and it said they had not entered all of the required information, but they had.

Thank you for taking the time to help me out!

Unfortunately, I still have not been able to find any errors on the form. I suppose there was a glitch on the loading of the form on the user's end. For now, please ask the user to refresh the form and ask him to fill it up again.

If the problems persist, please check with the user the browser he is using, and if javascript is enabled there.

    Please keep us posted.

    Thanks.

Note: I have removed my test submissions after the last test.
