    Preview before submit button not working

    Multiple forms under this account have the preview before submit widget. When user's try to preview answers, it changes to a "please wait" button. The form will stay at that state and will not change. The only way I have found of getting around this is removing the preview answers widget and then users are able to submit the form. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Could you please try adding the Preview Before Submit widget again? I presume the issue is that you had some outdated widget or it not properly updated. I tried it in my end and it seems to be working. Here's a cloned form with the widget added: https://form.jotformpro.com/71271551234954. See if that works.

    If not, then please share us the form that has the issue or the website link if it was embedded.

    We are having the same issue. In our case, it doesn't work in chrome on a mac or firefox but does on a PC. We have tried deleting the widget and re-adding it back in to no avail.  This just started for us in the last day or so (before then it was fine).
