I have been downgraded today despite my upgrade

    I upgraded my account on April 9th to Bronze and now I just received an email that my account has been downgraded? Can you help me understand what on earth is going on? I need to have that storage available and why it continues to be an issue.

    First of all please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.

    Upon inspection, I found that the account downgrade was in reaction to a double subscription you had at a certain point in time, and the storage subscription was canceled because the Bronze plan covers it and it is not possible to have two upgrade plans at the same time in the same account.

    Your account is properly in the Bronze plan now, and you do not need to perform any actions.
