Form Not Found

Hello Support,

All of my forms seems to be "disabled", even though they are not.  And wont' show up on our website any longer.

When I try to preview I get the following error:

Was collecting credit card information on plain text fields.

This is not allowed on  the Terms of Use

Please refrain from elaborating this type of forms, for this is considered phishing activity and has the potential to suspend your account.
