Default date/time field always displayed 4:00 when form is reloaded.

Hello,
Just to add to the below, the form (https://form.jotformeu.com/70854651296363) keeps defaulting to 4:00am when refreshed

In a clone version of your form, I see that the Date Picker, Time field, has its default time set to "current".
Please update the field and set the default time option to "none". (Please refer to the image below)

In the properties of the time and date make it "none".

But i want it to have the current time? That's what it needs to show.

Thank you for contacting us.
I have cloned your form in order to test on my side. I have updated the field and set the default time option from "None" to "Current" as my colleague suggested. Then, I could see the current time on the Form Successfully. As you can see below screenshot:
I have cleared your form caches now. Please re-set your default time. If the issue still persists, please remove your "Date Picker" and add it again.

Click Default Time "Current" to show the current time. Refer to the image below
The time in my place is exactly 9:00
