Since yesterday 9/5/2017 my submissions are only displaying encrypted text where the image of the signature used to be. I have been a JotForm member for quite some time now and have already downloaded the encryption key ages ago. Everything has been working fine, and now it isn't, I need urgent help with this and I am not happy with the current support as it took several messages to finally receive 1 response from a John Benson, I cannot stress how urgent this is as it is my livelihood which relies on these signatures. I have attached a screenshot of how the signature is appearing, what is the explanation? Please get back to me asap, thank you.

Will you be continuing on the thread with John Benson? Can i have an update of some sort of what the problem may be? Have you had issues like this before? I appreciate the apology, but its concrete answers I am after as this is costing me money and my business reputation. I need swift replies to keep me in the loop.
