Can you check our records and see if we are still ok with our current level of service?

    Can you check our records and see if we are still ok with our current level of service.  Also, how can I judge this myself?  I am new to this.  The gentleman who use to handle this is no longer with this.

    I assume you're referring to the plan you have and if it is enough for you.

    I checked your Usage report, which you can check as well here https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage and at this time you're totally ok, the only limit you're over is number of forms allowed which is 17 now and for Free plan (which you have) it is allowed 5, but since you're our old customer we grandfathered those additional forms.

    What you should know is that you can not create new forms unless you upgrade, and that means if you delete one of the forms you'll not be able to create a new one, again, unless you upgrade. 

    All other limits are fine at this time.
