Working on this form: Test - Ezy Jamb
The automated emails looses fields. I have recreated both the autoresponder and internal mail notifications several times but it cuts out fields. So currently if you add more than 2 ezy jambs it won't include in emails and the contact / shipping details gets cut out (eventho it's in there when I first format the emails)Page URL:

I checked your form (https://form.jotform.co/71297467262868) email notification set up. Your form is indeed long and has many fields and that's perhaps the reason why the email received has cut out fields
Please note that there is a character limit for email notification. The table in our database is limited to 21,844 characters only. If you don't want for the email to be cut off, you can create 2 notifiers instead, part 1 and part 2 email notifications.

Great thank you that explains why.
I might add a pdf attachment instead so customers can get an overview of the order they put in. Is there a way of modifying/formatting the attached pdf?
