I have created a form and my recipients are having a hard time saving their work. I have told them to that they can always access the original link to update their form. The form should be saved if they do that. Some of them are having issues. They start to fill out their form and do not have time to finish so they close it. They then go back to the original link I sent and the work they had previously done on the form is gone. Is there a way to remedy this? The form is linked below.

I did check your form #50625202956150 and found that you have enabled "Continue Forms Later / Autofill" setting. Please note that auto fill feature saves the input data in browser cookie every few seconds. That means if the user access the form again from other browser, other system or clear the browser cache, the saved data will not be accessible.
Can you please check with your users if they are using same browser to access saved form data? I did test your form and the input data of form field was saved correctly and I was able to view it when I opened the form again. Please check the screenshot below:
