Problem when hovering on a number-field in configurable list

Dear, 

I have a problem when using the configurable list. 

Some fields in this list are defined as "number". 

When you hover over on such a field (without focussing this field) and you scroll, the amount in this field will change. Whithout having the focus in this field. 

This is a big problem!!!!

I checked your several forms but not clearly saw what the issue is on any of the form.  Could you pleased send us the form ID where you have this problem. We would be pleased if you can also provide some screenshot.
