How do I track if a form has been opened or completed?

Hello,

I am currently creating a feedback form for participants to complete after a workshop.

I would like to email each person with the link to the form.

I have two questions, can I enter a list of email address via the website so you will send them the link to the form?

Then can the link be generated uniquely to each email so I can see who has completed it or not?

I used another survey site and they have advance tracking like this.

You can email the form URL to a list of addresses directly from your email client.  Grab the URL of your form and include in the email as you would any other URL:
