On my form the conditions don't seem to be working. I've tried the following:
Cleared Jotform cache
Cleared browser cache
My form is:
https://form.jotformpro.com/71256969984982
There are numerous fields that are to conditionally show when the "Are You"
field is "member" or "Guest". This has been working for years and is now suddenly
misbehaving. See the "Are you" field circled below. Also see the circled area at the
bottom of the image....there are fields there that should be showing based on
"Guest" being in the Are You field.
Thanks

I cloned your form (https://form.jotformpro.com/71256969984982) and I was able to replicate the issue on my end. It seems that the conditions for the (Are you) are not working.
Please allow me sometime to further investigate. I'll get back once I've found results.
Thanks.

Hi again,
Can you please try updating your conditions on your form? I noticed that you are currently editing your form in the JotForm Builder V3. Please try editing the conditions on your form in JotForm V4 and see if this helps to solve the issue.
To switch to V4, please go to MyAccount Settings and scroll down to see the Builder Version and choose V4 from the option.
Hope this helps.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.

I had been working with V4 when I first experienced this problem. On a hunch, after clearing the browser and Jotfotm caches, I switched to V3 with the same thought (in reverse) that you had...maybe the problem will go away with V3. It did not go away. This is how you found it.
So, with large skepticism, as you asked, I have just switched back to V4. My skepticism was correct. This didn't solve the problem.
Any more ideas?

I tried to disable first the conditions which are "Are you" is Filled and some fields show up on the form.
Please note that if you added lots of conditions for a certain field, there will be some conflicting conditions. To avoid that, you can also show multiple fields at once base on conditions.
Here's the guide: Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once.
