I'm not sure what has been going on but I've been on the $19/month plan for a while now and once a month or so, it will downgrade me to the free version, then tell me I'm out of space.. but the money is still coming out of my PayPal account this is linked to. Please advise. Thank you.

When I check your account, I see that you have some double subscriptions. Because of this reason, my colleague has cancelled one of your double subscriptions and also made refunds for them.
As you can not have more than one subscriptions at the same time, your unnecessary subscription is terminated. However, the main subscription has still continued. When one of your subscriptions was terminated, the system automatically sent you an e-mail because you were on the "free" plan for a short period of time. Please ignore it.
After several operations, your bronze monthly subscription is still ongoing and your account isn't out of space.
