Visual Report: How to get the whole visual report?

When I select the visual report to see the data graphically, I can only see the first 2 questions, I cannot see the others questions.

How can I get the whole visual report?

You are able to add the other questions to the visual report by clicking on the toolbar above as you can see the screenshot below:
