    Hi guys,

After hiding a few fields on my form, they still up on my form after previewing the form. Can you tell me what's going on?

The hidden fields on the builder:

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 1 Screenshot 30

The same fields showing up on preview of my form:

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 2 Screenshot 41

My form ID is 71342324802447. Even after clearing the form cache, browser cache and switching browsers to FireFox, (I'm using Chrome) nothing seems to work.

    Could you tell what's happening?

    Thanks,

    Varun

    Hello Varun,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have cloned your form in order to test on my side. I could see that you have set the conditional logic for these fields. Here is a screenshot of your conditions:

However, you conditions are wrong. You have set hide the already hidden fields. You must set the conditions for solving your issue, like these:

    for B2C:

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 2 Screenshot 81

    for B2B:

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 3 Screenshot 92

    Conditions:

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 4 Screenshot 103

I have tested these conditions on my side and everything works properly. Here is a result:

When I selected the Customer Segment field "B2B":

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 5 Screenshot 114

When I selected the Customer Segment field "B2C":

Some fields refuse to be hidden on my Form Image 6 Screenshot 125

You can set the "Show Multiple" condition for the "B2B & B2C" option like above. You must select the all 4 fields.

Also, you can check my demo form via this link: https://form.jotform.com/71343422023947

I hope it helps. If you have any questions or issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hi Helen,

Yes, you're right, the conditions were the problem. I actually do not need those conditions and had set them when i had created an older version of this form.

    Thanks a lot!

    Cheers,

    Varun
