    Good Morning,


    I received an email saying that there is an issue with my subscription payment, yet I don't see anything wrong within my account. We will begin using our Jotform's pretty frequently very soon. Can you please advise? I want to make sure all is good with the account.

    Hello webkeeper,

    I checked your account and it is scheduled to be downgraded on May 21. Reason is the failed automated charge on your card. If you wish, you can just reupgrade your account by going to the pricing page and then clicking the subscribe button again.
