Continue Forms Later: Why form is not saving date?

I was hoping that once i had gone to settings and set to enabled on continue forms later that our trainers would retain previously  inputted data as the form is intended to be continually updated , is it possibleto do this ie allow submit yet retain previous inputted data

I have checked your form and I can see the continue forms later is in fact enabled; however, I can see you have added the configurable list widget, do note that the feature will only work with basic fields, widgets work in a different way loading their own resources separately, due to this they are added to a form within an iFrame, technically it's not possible to apply the feature to widgets. 

Also, do note that the continue forms later feature will only work if your user opens the form in the same browser and computer since the data is saved in the browser's cache.
