Greater Than and Less Than options in conditional statements missing

I'm trying to add two square footage fields (Enter the Square Footage + Guest sq ft) into a hidden field (Total sq ft). 

From there my problems start, I've change the If statement from "Enter the Square Footage" to "Total sq ft", the option for Greater than is not given after the change.  Not sure why that happens.

To further inspect the situation you are having, I have created a clone version of your form to my account.

I found out that the field, "Total sq ft (House and Guest House)", is a Short Text Entry Field while the "Enter the Square Footage" field is a Number Field.

I would like to inform you that the "Greater Than" and "Less Than" option in conditional statement's action rules are only available with Number Field and Form Calculation widget.

If you want to use the same conditional statement for the "Total sq ft (House and Guest House)" field, I would suggest you change it to a Number Field.
