Form Over Quota

It says I can have unlimited form views if I add the advertisement onto my form but I can't figure out how to do that.

Please allow me to inform you that it is not possible for Free accounts to have the unlimited form views. It only applies to Paid Plans. If you upgraded your account to any Paid Plans, you should be able to have unlimited form views by unchecking the JotForm Footer on MyAccount Settings.
