I am receiveing "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing." however there is no errors being displayed

I have also got the form set to Clear Hidden Field Values on being hidden.

I cloned your form (https://form.jotform.co/SafetyJNJMech/vehicleprestart ) and tried to submit the form on my end. I was able to submit the form successfully.

To fix the errors on your form, you need to fill out all the required fields so that it will submit successfully.
