I dont have any option to attach the correct key therefore the message remains encrypted

Unfortunately, your last response is not posted on the thread. Here it is for reference.
It's not a duplicate. I am still having an issue because apparently the wrong key was entered and now when i go to the emails it does not let me enter a new key?
Since you mention that you might have uploaded a wrong key to the browser, you may try logging our of your JotForm account and close all the instances of the browser. Then open a fresh session of the browser and login to your JotForm so that it should prompt again to upload the key to view the encrypted submissions. Alternatively, you may also try clearing the browser cache.
