Email Notifications: Including my contract wording in the submission email

    I used a text field to add my contract wording to my form. Is it possible to send that text field with the other form fields in the email that is sent to my client, so they have one document with the fields filled out, the contract wording and their signature.

    By default, the Email Notification and Autoresponder Email only includes the question and the response of the user. To be able for your client to receive the text that has contract wording, you need to edit the Email Content on the Autoresponder Email Settings.
