I have deleted one of my forms by accident can I get it back?

I did a test submission of a form and thought I was deleting that one but it deleted the whole form off my list of forms - is there any way of re-instating it or do I have to start again?

I checked your Trash folder but the form is not there meaning you purged it and in that case, unfortunately, we're not able to retrieve it since it is deleted permanently.
