How can I change my username?

The company I am employed at, Overhead Door Corporation is trying out JotForm, and so far it seems to be meeting our needs.  However, upon creating the original account I inserted my last name as the username for the trial.  Now, that username, dutkoj is showing up to customers when we send the form.  Is there a way that we could change the name to CustomWoodDoor?

I have already changed your username as requested here, please do note that if you have generated custom links for your forms you will need to generate them again.
