It was not clear which report you referred to on your question.
If its the Grid Listing Report, yes it is possible to apply filter in the configuration of the report.
But if its the Google spreadsheet, it is not possible within the configuration of the integration. You will have to do it instead in the Google spreadsheet application.
In Google spreadsheet, you can use its Import Range function to filter the submission report.
