Using stripe from Jotform, then want it to add contact to Mailchimp

    I have a form, that takes a stripe payment, then once that payment has gone through, I want the jotform name added to Mailchimp.  This works with paypal, but for some reason doesn't seem to be working with stripe.

     

    Any ideas?

    I cloned your form and tested, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue. Payment is showing on Stripe and contact is created on Mailchimp.

    I understood that the Mailchimp is not working for you but did you receive a payment on Stripe?

    Could you please confirm.

    The stripe payment definitely came through, it worked for the first couple then didn't for the next 70

    I have also tested a form with both Stripe and Mailchimp integration and see that it is working fine at my end. Could you try removing the MailChimp integration on the form and then try integrating it again to see if that works? If the issue still persists, you may give a try generating a new API key for Mailchimp. Please check the article from MailChimp to find/generate API key.
