Download all uploads: Customize the folders name

    Hi,

     

    I have a survey hosted on jotform with file upload functionality.I was happy to find that it allowed a provision to download all uploads at one go,but upon download the files seems to be placed under folders which are arbitrarily labelled,is there any way to overcome this issue or is there any  customization or work around such that the folder names could be labelled based on one of the fields(Organization name) from their respective submission as opposed to submission reference

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, you are not able to customize the folder names of the uploads, currently. The names will be the "upload_their unique submission ID".

    I have forwarded a feature request to our software development team in order to consider implementing a feature for editing the file names of uploads.

    We are going to inform you as soon as the feature will be implemented.
