Unfortunately, if you are using encrypted forms we have no access to the data. The only way to remove the encryption is using your key file and we do not have a copy of that file.

You need to open the Encryption Key in the Submissions page of the form. Here's a guide on how to use the Encryption Key:
1. Go to the My Forms page, select the form and click the Submissions button.
2. After that, a pop-up window will appear and ask for the Private Key. Click the Browse button and find the "jotform.key".
By default, the Encryption Key will be placed on the Downloads folder or you can use the Search bar and find the "jotform.key".
Hope that helps. If you have questions, please contact us again.

Hello MedCo,
If you do not see the window to upload the private key, that means the key is already stored in browser.
Are you using you are using the correct private key? I would suggest you to login to your JotForm account using chrome incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N) and then try to access your submission which should ask you to upload private key file again.
Thank you!

Hello,
As far as I understand, you have uploaded incorrect key in order to decrypt submissions.
I am sorry to inform you about that if you lost your real private key in order to decrypt submissions, your encrypted data is lost forever, there is not anything we can do. There is no copy of the same on our servers and it is not possible to crack the one that you had.
If you can not find the private key in order to decrypt encrypted ones, the only recommendation would be to turn off encryption right away. So that you can start receiving the submissions in a readable format, while you can leave the encrypted submissions in your Submissions Panel in case you find the key at some later point in time.

Thank you.
