If your aim was to share your Submission Data with a colleague of yours, then you may add him/her as a Subuser to your account.
A Subuser has 2 privileges:
1. EDIT FORMS
2. VIEW SUBMISSIONS
Allowing your Subuser any (or both) of these privileges is upon your discretion. Just refer to the guide I'm linking below to get started.

I only want her to have access to one of the Forms, not all of them/the whole account.
That's also upon your discretion - You're free to decide whether you'll share just a single form, 2 or more forms, or all forms.
And just to clarify, Subusers won't have access to your account per se. They would only have the ability to either EDIT FORMS or VIEW SUBMISSIONS.
