Hello, I would like to downgrade our account from Bronze to the Free Starter account, but when I went to do that it asks me to cancel it. I don't want to cancel our account though, I still want to access it, but as our event is over for a year, we don't need to have that many monthly submissions available. Can you please let me know what I can do to downgrade but not cancel. Thanks!Page URL:

As requested, I have cancelled the Bronze monthly subscription effective at the end of the current billing cycle, the account will be downgraded to Free status and you will not be charged anymore.
