I would like to cancel my subscription and have my latest fee reimbursed. I tried to cancel online, but received a message that my subscription could not be cancelled and to contact customer service.

I did check your account and found that your bronze monthly subscription is already cancelled and refund for your last subscription payment is also processed. It seems one of my colleague has already taken care of your account issue and responded to your email.
Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
