Why is the URL with 'http' working but 'https' is not?

    The link provided for my event is: https://form.jotformeu.com/Events_All_Souls/gaudy-10-june-allsouls - which is working for me but not for some of the people I have sent it too.

    However, if I send them the link as 'http' - it works: http://form.jotformeu.com/Events_All_Souls/gaudy-10-june-allsouls.

    All of my form URLs are produced with 'https' - please could you tell me why the 'http' version works?

    Hello,

    I tested both links and they work fine. Is it possible that there are additional characters at the end of the link where those who experienced problems on viewing the form? It would be great if you can give us more information on how you have shared the link to your users so we can observe some possibilities on where there are things wrong. 

    One scenario that I could think of is a sample that you have provided a link for the http version similar on this thread, although the link you provided is a clickable one, some may have the tendency to just copy and paste and not click, not noticing that they copied also the period at the end. Copying it and including the period will definitely return an error 404.

    Many thanks for this.

    I have been made aware that the link that was clicked was being used via a document that was sent out: https://form.jotformeu.com/Events_All_Souls/gaudy-10-june - and I can now see that it is missing '-allsouls' at the end. So I have edited the URL so that others should now be able to click the same link and get through to the form.
