The event has ended and we will not be using our account until next year, is there a way where we can make the account dormant and reactivate?

    You can leave your account as it is and it will be dormant until you decide to re-use it.

    Just let us know what would you like to do with your subscription since I see your account is under the Bronze plan at the moment (paid today 5/24/17).

    You can downgrade your plan now, which will cancel the subscription when the current subscription period ends which is 24th of June, or we can refund the last payment and set your plan to Free immediately.

    We'll wait for your response.
