I have inspected the form on the webpage you provided, but I am not able to see JotForm branding "Powered by JotForm".
I have also checked settings on your account and JotForm branding option is not checked.
Were you able to resolve your issue?
If you still see "Powered by JotForm" on your form, please check your form in some other browser.
