How to change name of the account?

Hi my name is Jessica Medley. I am the new office manager and user of this account. I need to know how to get Kelly Maria's name off the account and mine on it. I would need to also be able to access her files.

Do you want to change the account username or change the account email address? If you want to change the account username, please provide us with any 3 choices in the preferred order so that we can change it for you.

If you want to change the account email address, you may change it from the account profile settings. Once you are logged into the account, you should be able to view the submissions and files uploaded without any issue.
