I am unable to transfer the ownership of my forms ... the "shared with me" option doesn't appear for me to transfer the items too. The subuser can see the "shared with me" folder but it's not visible on the primary account. Please assist ...

You need to ask the other account to add you as a sub-user, you should see the shared with you section after. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account. Look for the Option #3.
If you still can't figure it out, let us know the ID or the URLs of the form so we can do it for you. Please also confirm if you want to move the from your account amyruth219 to CVPRA.
