Why is my account suspended again??

     I removed all references to password and credit card data on my forms

     

    Please unlock my access again..

     

    We are using jotform for presentation purposes at this time and hope to incorporate it into our site processes but we cannot proceed with your product if we cannot use it. I have a presentation tomorrow morning and need access to the forms I created please. Alot of thought went into these forms and I would hate to have to recreate them

    I see you have corrected the previous cause of auto suspension already. 

    I have fixed it now and reactivated your account and forms again.
