How can I separate my data so that it doesn't all run together?

hello, in my form, all the data runs together. I would like to find a way to separate it so when it downloads to excel, the info can be sorted.

I'm afraid we do not have an option in the Form Builder to allow for the separation of data like this. I would suggest exporting as-is and then post-processing it in Excel to achieve what you have in mind.
