How do I have 2 different exits from a form?

    I am trying to use a form to qualify users. Depending on how they answer, I want one button to take them to an application, and the other button to take them back to the main website. I want to use the form to collect name and email so that we can follow up with them. There doesnt' seem to be a way to have 2 different "submit" butons with 2 different URL's

    How do I achieve this using Jotform?

    Hi Chad, 

    Unfortunately you can't have two submit buttons that redirect to different URLs.

    You can use conditional logic to redirect users to a different page, this will require you to set up a condition, if it's matched then you will be redirected to a different page, if not, you will be redirected to the selected thank you page settings.     Alternatively, you can add HTML code to create a hyperlink button. Using the TEXT element, please refer to this thread for more info on how to do that:
