How to merge submission id in callback

Is it possible to merge the submission id in the redirect url after the thankyou page.

The submission ID# is a unique identifier generated every time the form is submitted. I am not sure how you meant having the submission ID merged on form submissions.

Can you please provide more details of what you wanted to have?

I want to find the submission id and pass it as a parameter to the url  so that  the url will take me back to my application once the form is saved along with the submission id from where I can fire an api to get the submitted data of that particular id.

Submission-ID will be created after your form is submitted. So, it is not possible to find any submission ID before submitting the form.
