I lost my JOT FORM on my website

    I had someone HELPING my on my computer  & advertently he LOST MY JOT FORM on my website. How  can I get it back?

    I have just checked your webpage and I can see the JotForm form displayed properly:

    Are you still unable to view the form on your end? 

    You may need to try in incognito mode, may be that you're still loading a cached version on your page, the incognito mode will ignore the saved data and will load a fresh version.
